With over 30 years of experience in the architectural profession, I had the opportunity to lead different types of projects effectively & efficiently working with the projects’ team & utilizing other resources, pushing the boundaries of design on buildings of various sizes & types to maximize the potential of any project. Work includes Institutional projects, Residential Low rise & high rise buildings, Offices & business projects, Industrial projects, daycares, and Courthouse projects.
As an architect I believe that we talk about space as an object. But space is living thing, it’s an extension of the body, it’s an extension of our activities, it becomes an extension of our participation in life and then that particular object becomes a dwelling or a building, and slowly it begins to transform itself through additions & changes overtime , then we use these buildings for a long time, and then these buildings create & shape streets & Cities.. creative architecture can change the quality of life of people living in these cities by improving the design & quality of the buildings & spaces we use daily.

Work experience includes Institutional projects, Residential Low rise & high rise buildings, Offices & business projects, Industrial projects, daycares, and Courthouse projects, Interior alterations & additions. Work experience includes taking project from schematic design to tendering & construction documents & final occupancy, Reviewing & leading progress to ensure all Codes & jurisdictions requirements are complied with & provide coordination between all key stakeholders. High level project management skills helped achieving excellent coordination throughout work progress & helped minimize conflict during construction phase.

Coming from Chandigarh – the iconic city designed by Le Corbusier – Parav Arora brings a deep appreciation for thoughtful urban planning and modernist design principles. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Chandigarh College of Architecture and completing an internship in Washington, D.C., he moved to Canada to further specialize with a postgraduate diploma in Construction Project Management. Now working as an Architectural Technologist, Parav brings design concepts to life through technical expertise and attention to detail. His strong architectural foundation ensures each project is both functional and visually refined.
Jetmir Bardhoshi

Jetmir is a responsible, motivated, and persistent design professional with a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings. He brings valuable technical and communication skills to the firm, along with hands-on experience in a range of design and visualization tools including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Jetmir holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology from Sheridan College.
