This is an Interior alterations project, work included addition of space to an existing apartment building to create a luxury 2 storey penthouse unit with a total area of 10000 square feet. The existing penthouse units were demolished & combined into one spacious luxurious modern unit with a loft and exterior terraces. Project also included a complete renovation of the building. 

This project permits & approvals went in phases, a couple of minor variances were submitted to the City in order to obtain approval for the design.
