The project consists in the interior alteration of an existing 2 storey + basement commercial building. The purpose was to accommodate a medical clinic on each of the 5,500 square feet area of the ground floor and of the basement floor. The facility provides dental, physiotherapy & pharmacy services for the city of Hamilton. At the ground floor level the layout contains nine exam rooms for general and clinical practice, and five dental operational rooms. In the basement there are physiotherapy and chiropractic rooms. The design includes an elevator to service the building, also a bike parking and storage space.

Building Permit was obtained in 2021, and the construction was completed in 2022.
