At the Port Stanley Beach Service Building, 2MK Architects developed a design that used the existing envelope in a cost-effective way to modernize the facility and make it a exciting and desirable place within the park. The service building was reconfigured to allow for proper barrier free access for park visitors.

Scope included replacing existing outdated metal panel roof with a new insulated metal panel roof, repair some of the existing exterior concrete block wall, refinish concrete block wall, refinish existing concrete block walls, new washroom fixtures, upgrade lighting and ceiling.
