Paliser court scope of work included working on custom home designs for five detached residential units, the size & shape of lot for each unit is different, therefore the design had to be modified accordingly & therefore each unit had it’s unique design.  The elevations were designed to have one spirit by using similar elements & material, but each house has a it’s own unique elevation design at the same time.  The challenge was to use maximum coverage allowed by zoning to achieve & create a spacious open plan designed home.

Building Permit was obtained in April 2016, construction completed in 2018. Total GFA = 18500 square feet
