The scope was to remove existing partition walls in order to create office spaces, meeting rooms, and provide the centre with a barrier-free washroom. Scope also included : new office stations, new washroom fixtures, repair of a few existing exterior walls, repair of a roof leakage, repair of the theatre stages, back stage rooms, new tiles and ceilings, new paints.
