A second floor was added to an existing house in King City Ontario.  The attic space was utilized to create space for two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, also a master bedroom & En-suite. Modern window walls were used to create rooms with open view to the exterior. New stairs were added inside.

Construction is complete in 2015. Total GFA added = 1860 square feet
