A new house design proposed to replace an old existing small house, the design had to go through minor variance application & was approved.  A lot of coordination with the neighborhood community took place in order to achieve the design & get the approval from the committee of adjustment. The design complies with Long Branch neighborhood design guidelines. ICF walls were used for the construction of the house, all floors have are heated with embedded heat radiant system. House designed to have high energy efficiency performance.
